S.S.C Hair Removal is a new state-of-the-art pain free technology.

- Is hair removal treatment expensive?
MUSEE PLATINUM TOKYO employs an open and reasonable fee structure. We do not ask for any extra charges such as a membership fee, aftercare cosmetics and other hidden costs.
We assure you that we charge only the indicated prices for treatment services.
- Are additional charges really unnecessary?
Yes, it is not necessary to pay any other charges in addition to the indicated prices for treatment.
As MUSEE PLATINUM TOKYO specializes in hair removal treatment, we do not need to solicit customers to use other esthetic courses. We do not sell cosmetic products such as hair-removal gel and moisturizer in our salon.
- Does the hair fall out on the day of treatment?
The hair will fall out in around 2 weeks depending on the individual’s skin condition along with the regeneration of new skin.
- How often should I have a treatment?
We recommend a visit once every two months to obtain a long-lasting effect.
- How long does it take for one treatment?
Depending on the area being treated, a treatment on the underarms will take 15 to 30 minutes, making it convenient even for people on the go.
- Do you accept people during menstruation?
It is usually all right. However, we might not be able to serve a person with serious skin irritation, suffering from heavy cramps or depending on the area to be treated.
- What questions will be asked during the counseling?
We will ask about your hair removal experiences in the past and current physical condition. In addition, we will answer any questions to eliminate your worries. We will then explain about the system of MUSEE PLATINUM TOKYO and its fee structure.
- Can a person with delicate skin receive treatment?
Please be assured that we only apply treatments that are gentle to the skin. In addition, we will also conduct a skin examination beforehand.
- Does the cost differ depending on the type and density of hair?
No, the same price applies to the same area. However, there might be differences in the period required for treatment.
- I have never had hair removal treatment. Is it really safe?
It is very safe. Do consult with us for any prior worries you might have.
- It is possible to bring my child along?
We do not allow customers to bring along their child because we are conducting treatment that requires precision and care. A child might also injure him/herself in our salon.
- Is it possible to treat suntanned skin?
Due to the sensitive condition of your skin after sun tanning, we do not perform treatments on such skin. Please also make every possible effort not to get a suntan after treatment.
- Is it possible to cancel appointments?
For cancellation of appointments, please give us a call or come in person at least a day before your scheduled appointment. For customers who fail to do so, MUSEE PLATINUM TOKYO reserves the right to deduct 1 session from their existing packages. In case of unlimited sessions for under arms hair removal, a cancellation fee of $10 will be charged.
- Do you treat men?
MUSEE PLATINUM TOKYO is a salon exclusively for women.
We are afraid that we do not treat men.
Also, please refrain from visiting the salon with men.
- Do you treat skin with tattoos?
We do not treat skin with tattoos.
- I am pregnant. Do you treat pregnant women?
Hair removal will not harm the fetus or mother during pregnancy. However, there is a possibility that a pregnant or lactating woman cannot obtain satisfactory results due to hormone imbalance. We recommend treatment after birth or when menstruation reoccurs.
